1 Who we are and what these Terms cover
WeQure is owned and operated by Bright Point Technology, a Turkey-based company. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bright Point Technology. Support and legal enquiries: info@wequre.com.
WeQure is a pan-Arab healthcare professional community. It provides professional profiles and verification, communities and discussions, free employer job listings with external applications, notifications, and WeQure AI through Lovable AI Gateway using Google Gemini.
These Terms apply to members, visitors and employer representatives. By accepting these Terms when creating an account or accessing a feature that requires acceptance, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data handling; accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional tracking, marketing or unrelated data processing. The AI Disclosure explains the limits of WeQure AI.
2 Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to use WeQure and enter these Terms. If acting for an employer, you must have authority to represent it. Use accurate professional and organisational information, keep it current, protect your login details and tell us promptly about suspected account misuse.
Do not impersonate another person, invent qualifications, share an account to avoid restrictions or falsely claim a professional licence. Access to WeQure does not authorise professional practice in any country. You remain responsible for the licences, employer permissions and professional duties that apply to you.
3 Profiles and verification
A verification badge means that WeQure reviewed the information submitted through its verification process. It is not a guarantee of clinical competence, current licensing in every jurisdiction, identity beyond the checks performed, or suitability for employment.
Submit only requested evidence through the private verification workflow. Redact unrelated identifiers and sensitive information where possible. Do not post verification documents in community discussions. We may request clarification, refuse or withdraw a badge where evidence is insufficient, misleading or no longer current. You may request review through the verification workflow or support.
4 Professional conduct and patient confidentiality
Use communities respectfully and lawfully. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, unlawful discrimination, scams, misleading recruitment, malware, private credentials, copyright-infringing material or content that breaches professional confidentiality. Do not scrape member information, send unsolicited bulk messages, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Do not upload identifiable patient information, medical records, case images that could identify a person, or another person’s confidential health information. Removing a name alone does not anonymise a case. Use genuinely anonymised educational examples and comply with applicable professional and legal duties. Patient permission alone does not make WeQure a suitable clinical records system.
5 Your content and our platform
You retain your rights in your posts, profile content and other submissions. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share them and that the content complies with these Terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt and display your content only as necessary to operate, secure and provide WeQure in accordance with your selected audience and the Privacy Policy. We may use service providers for those purposes. This licence does not give us permission to sell your content or use it for unrelated AI model training.
The licence ends when the content is removed, except for limited copies needed for lawful retention, backups and dispute handling. Other users may have lawfully quoted or saved content you shared; deletion cannot automatically remove copies outside our control. WeQure branding, software and other platform materials remain protected by their owners’ rights.
6 Employer listings and external applications
Employer job posting is free at launch. We will disclose any future paid option and obtain agreement before charging for it. Employers must publish genuine, accurate, lawful opportunities, identify the recruiting organisation, maintain working application links and remove filled or expired listings.
Do not publish discriminatory or deceptive requirements, unlawful applicant fees or requests for unnecessary sensitive information. Employers are responsible for recruitment laws, immigration statements, professional licensing requirements and applicant privacy notices.
Applications take place on the employer’s or another external website. WeQure is not a party to an employment contract and does not control external recruitment decisions or application processing. Review the destination’s terms and privacy notice before applying. A listing, verification badge or match score is not a guarantee of authenticity, hiring, salary, visa approval or suitability. Report suspicious listings to support.
7 AI and professional judgement
WeQure AI provides generated assistance for professional learning and related informational tasks. Read the AI Disclosure before use. Responses may be inaccurate, outdated, biased or fabricated, including apparently credible citations.
WeQure does not provide patient-specific diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency triage or a clinician–patient relationship. Do not rely on posts or AI for urgent care or individual patient decisions. Contact local emergency services for an emergency. Independently check sources and use qualified professional judgement.
8 Notifications and communications
WeQure provides notifications about community activity, professional and employer workflows, job matches and saved opportunities. Use the topic controls in Settings where available. Optional digest and re-engagement communications can be managed using the available preferences or unsubscribe route.
Account security, legally required and essential service messages may still be sent. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to promotional email or text messages; any required marketing permission is obtained separately.
9 Moderation suspension and leaving
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or end access for breaches of these Terms, legal requirements, fraud or material security risks. We aim to use proportionate measures and explain decisions unless doing so would compromise safety, an investigation or a legal obligation.
You can request review using the moderation appeal feature or by contacting support. Report allegedly unlawful or infringing content with its location, the concern and sufficient supporting information. We may preserve relevant evidence where legally justified.
You may stop using WeQure at any time and request account closure through support. Data deletion and necessary retention are addressed in the Privacy Policy; closure does not extinguish accrued legal rights or obligations.
10 Availability liability and third parties
We take reasonable care in providing WeQure but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that user content, external listings or generated outputs will be accurate. We may maintain, update or discontinue features, with reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide additional warranties about third-party content or services and are not responsible for losses caused solely by their independent acts. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or statutory personal-data remedies. No zero-value liability cap is created merely because a service is free.
11 Changes to these Terms
We will publish updated Terms with their effective date and give advance notice of material changes where practicable. Where a change requires fresh acceptance or consent, we will request it separately. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not agree to a material change, you may discontinue use and request closure.
12 Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law, subject to mandatory laws and protections that apply to you in your country of residence. This choice does not remove access to regulators or courts that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Please contact info@wequre.com to seek an informal resolution. Contacting us is not a condition that prevents urgent relief or statutory complaints. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices competent under applicable law. No exclusive venue or arbitration agreement is imposed by these Terms.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any translation should preserve mandatory local rights; no language version overrides protections that applicable law requires.
